We Need a Loan!

So this is hard to post, but a child's very quality of life depends on it, so I suppose it is no time to be embarrassed. It is difficult to be this honest and vulnerable, but we can't give up. People are always asking us about the cost of adoption, so I thought I would post the fees to help people understand. Basically we need a loan to make this adoption happen. We have had very generous support and have raised about $4000, but the total cost is about $35,000. We have used all our own savings, and we need a loan or a co-signer for about $20,000. If anyone knows a bank or an individual that may be willing to give us a loan, please let us know. We could pay 5% interest on a 60 month loan. We have applied for grants(Show Hope, Abba Fund, LifeSong, Helpusadopt), but the review process is long so we are waiting to hear the outcome. I know many people get uncomfortable talking about money, loans, and finances. However.....this is our son.
